The neighbourhood of Gràcia is characterized by the charm of its squares and pedestrian streets, ideal for a relaxing walk. Plaça de la Vila is one of the most popular places

The whole tour of the most beloved Barcelona could be started at the Güell Park, designed by Gaudí. It is composed of different pavilions and gardens that inspire the purest modernist style of Catalunya.

Sagrada Família is another of the modernist works of the architect, it is a basilica that has been under construction since 1882 and it is estimated that it will not be ready until around 2026, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the death of Gaudí.

We can follow the tourist route towards the Gothic Quarter. The ideal is to get off at the Urquinaona stop to be able to walk along Via Laietana, an impressive area that was formerly within the walls of the city.

Also, you should visit the Cathedral and Carrer del Bisbe, where you will find a fantastic arch. Also, Plaça de Sant Jaume, where you will find the Palace of the Generalitat and the City Hall; the Basilica of the Holy Martyrs Justo and Pastor, the Parish of Santa Ana, and the Basilica of Santa Maria del Pi. Finally, the old Jewish ghetto, called Barri del Call, that could also be visited, as well as the Plaça Reial.

The next stop is Passeig de Gràcia, an avenue full of shops and shops, in which the most quoted brands are found. It also lodges the most representative modernist houses, such as Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, better known as La Pedrera, as well as Casa Amatller. To end the route, you can take a walk through the neighborhood of Gràcia, where the nightlife of Barcelona is concentrated.
